By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that if they confirm the order, they will be obligated to pay the order price and any additional charges such as shipping fees and taxes.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the essential characteristics of the ordered product, the sales price, the payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made, unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, or have been opened.

12. DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER fails to fulfill its payment obligation, the terms of the bank agreement shall apply.

13. COMPETENT COURT

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction.
