DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
1. Delivery Terms
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is confirmed, the products will be shipped as soon as possible.
Delivery Time:
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days on average, depending on stock availability. This period may be extended due to high demand, promotional periods, or force majeure.
Delivery Address:
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Linéa Noir is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
Shipping Fee:
Shipping costs are also specified during the order process. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER .
Delivery Control:
The product should be checked in the presence of the delivery person upon receipt. Products with damaged, torn, or missing packaging should not be accepted without having the delivery person prepare a damage report .
2. Return Conditions
Right of Withdrawal:
According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, purchased products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason.

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused.

The original packaging must be intact and the item must be in a resalable condition.

It should be shipped with all accessories and the invoice, if applicable.

For corporate invoiced orders, a return invoice is required for the return process.
Non-returnable items:

Custom-made or personalized products

Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Products with removed tags, used or damaged.
Return Process:
Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected. If it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days .
Refund:

For payments made by credit card, the refund amount is reported to the bank. Refund processing times may vary between 2 and 10 business days depending on the bank.

For payments made via bank transfer/EFT, refunds will be made to the same bank account.
3. Terms of Change

You can request an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchange transactions are subject to stock availability.

The products eligible for exchange must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
