Returns and Exchange

At LinéaNoir, we prepare each of our products with high quality standards and meticulous craftsmanship. While prioritizing customer satisfaction, we are committed to conducting all cancellation and return processes transparently and fairly, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

1. General Provisions

All orders placed through the LinéaNoir website are considered to have been read and accepted in accordance with the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement upon completion of the order.

All sales transactions are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other relevant legislation.

2. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can submit your cancellation request by contacting us.

Once your cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded via the payment method used for the order.

Cancellations are not possible for orders that have already been shipped. In this case, the process will be evaluated in accordance with the right of withdrawal and return procedure under applicable legislation.

3. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the purchased product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to us via email, contact form, or other communication channels within this period.

The product to be returned must:

- Be unused and in a condition suitable for resale,

- Have its original security seal (garment seal) intact, uncut, unopened, or undamaged in any way,

- Have all original labels attached,

- Be sent complete with its box, packaging, accessories, and any gift items,

- Be sent to us with the invoice or order information.

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. The consumer's legal rights are reserved for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent products.

4. Garment Seal (Security Label)

LinéaNoir products are shipped with a special security seal (garment seal) to verify that the product is unused and suitable for resale.

The product should only be tried on in-store. The consumer is responsible for any loss of value resulting from the removal, cutting, or damage of the security seal, or from the product's use in a way that renders it unsuitable for resale, in accordance with relevant legislation.

This provision does not negate the consumer's legal rights in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal or return under relevant legislation:

- Products custom-made or personalized according to the customer's request.

- Products with names, letters, numbers, special measurements, special crystal applications, or customer-specific modifications.

- Earrings, underwear, and similar products whose packaging has been opened and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

- Products that have been used, washed, dry-cleaned, altered, or damaged by user error.

- Products containing perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or fragrances.

- Products with removed or damaged security seals or original labels.

6. Return Process

Before initiating a return, you must contact us with your order number.

After your return request is evaluated, you will be informed about the return process and shipping information.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs

In returns made under the legal right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

However, in the following cases, all shipping costs are covered by LinéaNoir:

- Incorrect product sent,

- Product with manufacturing defects sent,

- Damage detected during transport.

8. Return Review and Refund

After the returned product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions will be checked.

If the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded via the payment method used during the order, within the period stipulated in the relevant legislation and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days.

The time it takes for credit card refunds to be reflected in accounts depends on the banks' own processing procedures, and this process is not the responsibility of LinéaNoir.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery

If you notice any damage such as crushing, tearing, opening, or similar damage on the package upon delivery, it is recommended that you request a Damage Assessment Report from the courier and refuse to accept the product.

If an incorrect product, missing product, or a manufacturing defect is detected after delivery, the situation must be reported to us in writing within 3 (three) days of the delivery date.

Following an investigation, the product will be replaced according to stock availability, or a refund will be issued.

10. About Handcrafting

LinéaNoir products are handcrafted with crystal stone details.

Due to the natural nature of handcrafting, very small differences may occur in the placement or arrangement of the crystals. These differences are not considered manufacturing defects and are part of the product's unique character.

1. Exchange Request

You can request a size or product exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your product.

2. Exchange Conditions

The product to be exchanged must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.

- The original security seal (garment seal) must not be removed, cut, opened, or damaged in any way.

- All original labels must be present.

- The item must be sent complete with its box, packaging, accessories, and any gift items, if applicable.

- The item must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, odors, or any user-caused marks.

Exchange requests may not be accepted for products that do not meet these conditions.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are evaluated based on stock availability.

If the requested size or product is not in stock;

A new product will be sent to you within 10 (ten) days.

4. Personalized Products

Exchanges are not possible for products that are specially prepared, personalized, or have names, letters, numbers, special measurements, or special crystal applications made to them at the customer's request.

5. Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and reshipment costs for product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

In cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect product shipment, or damaged delivery, all shipping costs are covered by LinéaNoir.

6. Inspection Process

Products received by us are inspected by our quality control team.

For products that meet the exchange criteria, a new product will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.

Products that do not meet the criteria will be returned to the same address after informing the customer.
